The sculptures to me are like visual poems where the abstract elements act as the words. As insights appear into the majesty and wonders of life, perception and existence I seek to embody them into the forms. As we remember timeless presence and joy, and continue to deepen our respect for the planet and each other we see immediate wholesome effects. Nature, of which we are a part, is such a beautifully delicate phenomenon; and remembering that we are this rather than in this, as nature is often perceived as a "separated" surrounding environment, is of primary importance. When the duality of interior and exterior merge into a singularity, our perspective becomes whole. And it is in this wholeness where unconditional joy and peace are found.
